The Bairan Chinese Restaurant is located on the B2 Floor near the Hankyu Train Station. Bairan serves a wide variety of authentic Chinese food including a weekly lunch menu. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. Their are several different types of seating arrangements from dugout seats, sofa type seats, and round table for large parties. Bairan's specialty is the original Mei Ran Yakisoba (fried noodles) which comes in three different styles: Meitan Anne Yakisoba which is made with seafood, Meitoban Yakisoba which is made with stir-fried pork and vegetables, and Meitoban Yakisoba (dry) which is made with hot bean paste in dry fried beef and vegetables. The Meitoban Yakisobas come in a set menu with rice, soup, and salad.
