Minsei Canton Restaurant

One evening as I was walking in Kobe`s China town- better known as Nankinmachi, I happened to come across a long line of people standing in front of a restaurant. So, I decided to join the que. The restaurant`s name was Minsei Canton Restaurant. It is one of the oldest restaurants in the area. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was led into the restaurant by one of the staff. I ordered Minsei`s specialty- the deep fried squid and three other dishes. Each of the dishes I ordered was served hot, and the seasoning accentuated the flavor of the food. Overall, the service and the food was very good.
